Graciela Iturbide, photographer

Iturbide was born in 1942 in Mexico City and worked as Arturo Bravo’s assistant, accompanying him on various photographic journeys throughout Mexico. Between 1980-2000, she photographed throughout East Germany, India, Madagascar, Hungary, Paris and the U.S., and produced a number of important bodies of work.

This print was printed by Fifth Color Editions Studio in Mexico City. This is a Graciela Iturbide’s silkscreen, printed on Guarro paper, 100% cotton. This five-color edition was signed 100/100. The size of the piece is 8.5 x 11 inches.
